This is an announcement on the news of the Complaint for Damages filed by the parents of three of Elliot Rodger’s victims in March 2015.The lawsuit is scheduled to go to trial in April 2017.
It’s interesting to note that the Complaint states Elliot posted on a forum called Wizardchan. The lawyers must have obtained this information from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office or the FBI. It isn’t corroborated anywhere else.
